Café-musique Productions Rayside-Balfour was incorporated on February 17, 2010. On May 4th 2019, the non-profit organization changed its name to be Productions Café Heritage, and was incorporated as Canadian Registered Charity on February 21, 2021.

CMRB, a not-for-profit organization was incorporated on February 17, 2010. CMRB has developed a unique private/public partnership with sectors of government and the community to promote performing arts within the City of Greater Sudbury.
